In the same way that Fortnum & Mason’s began a subscription ‘Tea Post’ to engage with new and younger customers, I proposed that M&S introduce a ‘Wine Post’ order service. The packs would be ideal as gifts and would also be an easy way for customers to try new grape varieties and processes i.e. Orange Wine.
It’s eco-friendly too, with 72% CO2 emissions saved on cans, and 89% on pouches, when compared to traditional glass bottle packaging
